The timing needs some work, sometimes it goes slow at moments that you'd want it fast, the same the other way around. I would add and remove few frames within the animations at certain points so it goes a bit smoother. Also maybe make it a bit longer

The comedy needs some work, it was a bit funny. The art style is interesting. Not sure if it is intended, but maybe make the audio quality of the voices a bit better if possible.

The animation is well done, remember that the creator will always see most if not all the flaws. From an outside viewers perspective, this looks very good in my opinion. Both style and animation fit with the music. Take the difficulties as a learning point and remember the small achievements you are proud of while making this. I enjoyed it either way.
